We do not accept returns on physical items unless the product is defective/misprinted.

We want to ensure that your customers receive high-quality products, so if you receive a defective/misprinted item, please report it to us within 7 days of delivery. 

Please note that we are not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping or after washing the item. If a defective/misprinted item is received and inventory allows, we will gladly reship a new item. If that is not possible, we will provide store credit for the purchase. We want your customers to be happy with their purchases and will do everything we can to ensure that any issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
